Muhurat Trading 2026

Because of Diwali Laxmi Pujan, the share market is closed every year. However, investors are eager to trade for this special one hour Trading. Muhurat Trading shall fall on November 08, 2026, this year. Hence, trading will remain closed on this day.

 

Stock Market Timings- Equity

Trade in equity segments shall take place on all days of the week except weekends and on Market holidays. The market timings of the equity segment are as follows:

 

A) Pre-open Session

Order entry and modification: Open 9:00 A.M.

Order entry and modification: Close 09:08 A.M.

With a last-minute random closing. As soon as the pre-open order entry is closed, pre-open order matching begins.

 

B) Regular Trading Session

Open: 09:15 A.M.

Close: 15:30 hours.

 

C) Closing Session

This is held between 15:40 and 16:00 hours.

 

D) Block Deal Session Timings:

In the morning from 08:45 A.M. to 09:00 A.M. and from 14.05 hours to 14.20 hours in the afternoon.
