NSE IPO Review: Subscribe or Avoid?
NSE is a high-quality, quasi-monopoly franchise with excellent economics and strong long-term structural tailwinds. However, the NSE IPO is a pure OFS at a premium valuation, coming after a year of moderated growth due to regulatory changes. Near-term earnings growth visibility is lower compared to the company’s historical trajectory.
Before making any decision to subscribe or avoid, you should consult your SEBI-registered financial advisor.
