The Objective of the Issue

The company desires to use the Net Proceeds from the Issue to fulfill its following goals:

• Financing the company's working capital needs ~ Rs. 300 Mn.

• Infra Dhanbad Solar Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary, is investing equity to establish a 1800 KW solar plant at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), or IIT(ISM), in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, using the RESCO model. ~ Rs. 58.5 Mn.
