Sri Lotus Developers IPO, a Mainboard IPO, is a book-built issue of Rs. 792 Cr (5.28 Cr Shares) by Sri Lotus Developers Limited. The company was founded in February 2015, and is a redevelopment company focused on residential and commercial properties based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, specialising in ultra-luxury and luxury redevelopment projects in the Western suburbs.
The company has 0.93 million square feet of residential and commercial projects under development as of June 30, 2025. The following projects, which make up the company's main focus, are being built to create premium residential and commercial properties.
The development of 2BHK and 3BHK flats priced between 3 crores and 7 crores falls under the Luxury Residential Segment. The development of 3BHK, 4BHK, and 4+ BHK flats and penthouses with rentals exceeding 7 crores is also part of the Luxury Residential Segment. The commercial office spaces are also under development (“Commercial” Segment).
This new IPO is to be launched on 30 July 2025, and the initial public offering of this upcoming IPO will end on 01 August 2025.

Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan have invested in Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd, which is set to launch an IPO. Furthermore, the Mumbai-based real estate developer has also been funded by the family of Jeetendra, Ektaa Ravi Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor, along with Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan.
